anything below 50 on a DX6i is rate mode (typically some where around 28 or so) above 50 is heading hold (+- 72) both values are dependant on your mechanical setup, type and speed of tail servo as well head speed. Tapatalk

The below and above 50 depends on which fbl unit you use , in this case yes

yea, head speed will help with stability, but at 75% it should be pretty stable. Hook the 3GX up to your computer and make sure your pots are at about 105 on the program. Lowest I would go is about 100.
