Graham, you need to get her a little higher off the ground to get out of the ground effect! About 3 feet or so anyway. Six inches off the ground and its suffering from blade wash! Lol

GRaham,

You head speed still sounds slow.

what are the Throttle curve settings?

Try setting 0, 65, 75, 75 ,75

If the TH curves are right and the ESC is calibrated, then if the head speed is too low, you may need to up the pinion size. But i would make sure the first two are right first.

Am I hearing a stripped gear in there somewhere? something doesn't sound right when it spooled down. Nice canopy though, I have the same one on my 450. hehe.

The head speed was low due to the ESC throttle settings wrong. I posted this video as it was the first one. I did not go to high as it was still showing signs of vibration and nodding dog.

Since this video I re - calibrated the ESC throttle and spool up and it has made a huge difference. BUT I have crashed since and waiting for new blades:)
