450 3gx setup

I am trying to setup my 3gx so that the mid stick position is zero degrees of pitch. I get zero degrees at about 36% on the pitch gauge. How do I adjust this on my Futaba 8FG radio. I have tried the SWASH neutral position adjustment without success. Any ideas?

start with a linear pitch curve,

you then need to ensure your servo arms are put on to the servos when you are at mid stick,

then see what you have on your pitch gauge.

If the same adjust servo to swash links to get to zero degrees

I guess I assumed the instructions regarding the length to make the swash links was accurate. Clearly they are a bit too short. I will redo them. Thanks for your help.
