FBL Gyro 3gx settings change?

Today after reading gabas post on 3gx gains I ran the software and noticed that I had selected large model instead of small.
Is it ok to just change that setting or should I do the whole setup again?

You can just change the setting you wanna change... don't need to do the setup all again. Just the setting and you are done. For example selecting the right size.
