FBL Gyro 3gx problem

hi everyone, did the setup on the 3gx and everything when fine till I got to the last part which is label up or down. when I hit the label up which is green and hit the set button again it gave 2 red lights which is for set. redid the last part again and the same thing. any help would be grateful. thank you

The two reds could be your TX causing that

If your doing the last step then hitting set the unit should be initialising, the two red lights will mean rate mode and no governor,
