FBL Gyro 3Gx Issues - Gain Pots are all out of whack!

Hey all here is the video .... explains it all


I have tried reflashing back to v2.1 with the pots at 12 o'clock and the pot ranges change to:

LOW | HIGH
AIL GAIN : 5 9
ELE GAIN : 6 10


Turned dials to 12o'clock and Upgraded to v3.1 again and got

AIL = 100 @ 12 o'clock
ELE = 111 @ 12 o'clock

Then i re did the DIR callibration (had to ... hte controls were all over the place) and got:

LOW | HIGH
AIL GAIN : 11 99
ELE GAIN : 13 124

What the???????
