I was inspired by ur trainer so got into ur site n registered, my problem is i cnt speng much money, so i will be trying it on cardboard.

Hey, welcome to teh forum. I think using cardboard will work, just make sure to brace the wing so it doesn't flex.

think light and experiment with the direction of the flutes in the cardboard for the wrap on the wing.

You might even consider alternating the flutes in the cardboard when you build your wing. If you build the wing as the new plans (Version2) suggest, have the flutes in the middle layer of cardboard go the opposite way of the top and bottom layer. I don't know...but it might work.
