A few suggestions for a name: The bucket ( full of sh**) or how about the earth magnet, That wind was way too much for the small wing area. Other then that it flew pretty good for your first attempt at a scratch build, congrats. Cheers

I use the futuba gy401 on the 500 and find it very good, I also have it mounted at the front under the battery tray. Cheers

I use turnigy 3000 mha batts (500 grams approx) and still have a tail heavy 500, so good luck with that. I will posts some pics next week of my custom extended skids and my 600 tail fin, all used to try and keep the tail from hitting the deck first. Cheers

The T/T tails are very good and stable but do not like it when you just touch the ground with the tail blades, not like a belt drive. I was having heaps of problems with tail in landings and I was changing the rear tail drives very often. (buy some spares) After a dozen or so of rear tail...

Tony I have read your past posts and I think the dampeners are either too soft or worn. Try the Align grey dampeners as they are very firm and may help you. You are expeienced enough to know that the blade tracking is important enough to sarcrafice a little bit of pitch problems. You...
