I'm afraid not. They all use proprietary 2.4GHz protocols DSM2 or DSMX wont work with them.

What current copters? 2.4GHz protocols are generally brand specific, you can't bind 'anything to anything'.

Almost certainly something in the setup of the AR7210. As mentioned in my last post if gain was at zero the servo would not move, so that's one thing to check

Maybe you have the tail gain turned right down close to zero?.. The tail servo won't move if you have gain right down.

You need to set the FBL controller up. Disconnect the wires to the motor to stop it powering up and remove the servo plugs from the FBL.. now you can connect the FBL to your PC and start the setup process without and danger of anything going nuts. only connect the servos back up once you get to...

Yes, that motor should be fine with a 10x6.. Ideally with any new setup you would put a wattmeter on it to check all was well but failing that give it a short run under full power and check that the motor is not so hot as to be uncomfortable to touch.
