Exactly what Lee stated. Sounds just like your belt was twisted the wrong way when installing it. No worries about being a beginner, that is what we are here for, to help you get into the air. No question is too small.

OK just tried it in the field , it shakes a little bit before take off and then stay smooth on hoover so must say problem solve for now and many thanks for all of you for your time .

It's my understanding the slight vibration at spool-up is quite normal.

Yup, all helicopters will produce a harmonic vibration while spooling up, even real helicopters do this. Glad you got it fixed.
