Just a question I have a black edition DX9 ... The throttle stick when moved to center makes a beeping sound that has become annoying.. how do I get rid of that sound.. I just don't see it addressed anywhere.
Thanks

That's a radio level setting under volumes I believe.

Just so I am clear you have a beep that happens at mid stick? That is an option that can be turned on and off.

On my DX9 there is a setting under System Setup called "Center Tone" just inhibit both Switch & Alarm.

Yes and
I sure as hell hope it can be turned off. How bout this idea... If it's not on your radio see if you can put it on and if you can you may be you can help me get it off mine.
thanks

Nope that doesn't do it either... Both are inhibited.. Still got the beep at mid-stick..... how bout you try and put it on your radio if you can do that then you could help me get it off mine.
Thanks

Ill go look at my dx6 in a bit. I am at dinner right now. I am certain its under radio settings and not model settings.

Here is a video on how to setup the beep, hopefully if you reverse the process you should get rid of the beep.

That's exactly the problem ... It's a place on the stick that starts a timer.... .. Lent my radio to a friend who was looking to get a DX9 and he set up a timer .. I just have never had the need for setting up a timer..
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Ah yes, the timer beep. Instead of just getting rid of it or turning it off, Turn it to 10% stick rather than 50% stick. It's safer to run a timer rather than waiting for the LVC to kick in.
