OK I was looking around and came up this Now is there a reason for a paper plate stuck to this heli. Did someone substitute a paper plate for a tail stabilizer. How about someone from a picnic getting a plate to go. Seriously, is there a reason for this and does it work.

That would be NightFlyyer on youtube. He was proving that a helicopter could fly without a tail rotor as long as it was in forward flight. It can also land with a slower than normal piro sing that plate has a lot of surface area.
