When you water and/or spray, it is going to leave water drops on the plants. Ever burn an ant with a magnifying glass? Same effect from the drop and it can damage the plant. As for FAA, I'm pretty sure it is 50 state wide (or is it 51 now?....). But, I have not read up on it in a while now, mainly because I don't care about it anymore.</blockquote>
