Ok guys don't know if I am right or wrong, received my MRS today and the invoice said replacement in good will.

My anger is directed at Align because:
1. I have had the 150 less than 6 months.
2. Surely i am entitled to a 12 month warranty?
3.I have flown it less than 5 minutes.
Total cost including their upgrades $300.

July before this flys.
Good customer service? ?????
 
I've said it before Graham, you would get better service from Align main dealer in the USA, Robbe Schulter in the UK is p poor.
 
They have replaced the gyro, but it is as if it is "look we are replacing it but" almost as if they did not need to! !

Remember this has hovered for about 1 battery. It has never worked correctly, it has had the new upgrades they forced upon us due to bad design. I have had it since Xmas and it's never worked.
So by my reckoning it is still within the warranty period so any fault in manufacturing should be covered without question:)
 
Should be unless they have a 90 say instead of 1 year. I too would be annoyed by this. In a way I am glad I am not on the Align products.
