Nice to see it in the air mate.
What was your throttle curve at when you were hovering? I think your headspeed was too low, which is a common cause of nodding dog syndrome.

sounds waaaayyyy too low head speed try 0, 45, 65, 75, 75 .... if it is still there .... try 0, 45, 70, 80, 80

or even better 0, 70 ,70 ,70, 70 If you have a half decent esc ..... it will let you spool up slowly enough to not rip the gear to bits and you will have good head speed below ... at and above centre stick. then once you got her down ... yo ucna throttle hold it and leave it at just under half way until the head speed drops and then you and add neg pitch to slow the rotor down
