General trex 450 set up

hi all I am at the moment setting up my trex 450 for its first flight by myself, I have followed up a complete setup but when it cones to the rudder when the stick is pulled one way the rudder geos right over butin the opersite direction the tailonly seems to go about a quarter distance past central position. could this be a servo problem or the gyro.

I don't think you have a servo problem.
At mid stick, your tail servo arm should be at 90 °. When at 90°, your tail slider should be at midpoint also. This can be adjusted with the servo mounting, sliding it on the boom. or if just a small amount is required, you can use the links to turn out the difference.

You also have to adjust the tail rudder limits in the 3gx if you havn't done so already.

If you are using 3gx that is, think other servos have similiar settings right?
