General trex 450 3gx gyro

The swashplate isnt moving at all in any direction my tail rudder is moving freely and in the correct direction when I rotate the heli but on tilting the swashplate doesn't move up or down left or right . Dont know if tx is set correctly

Hey there Topfade, First thing i would try is to re-bind the Tx to Rx. You would be surprised how much that clears up sometimes. Does the 3Gx show any led's signaling any cyclic or collective input?
I don't have a 3GX so maybe someone will chime in some model specific suggestions.
