I thought it would be helpful for others if I posted on how to put together the knuckle on a Tmaxx. The knuckle is the part of the truck that connects to the steering (on the front, pictured) and supports the truck via the wheels and axles. It consists of the plastic structure 'knuckle', two 12x6x4 bearings, two pivot balls, and two plastic inserts with aluminum caps. The turnbuckle connects to the threaded arm with a bolt and nut. The bearings install on both the inside and outside of the knuckle. The pivot balls are inserted in the holes above and below the bearings. These are threaded into the upper and lower suspension arms. The balls are threaded all the way in and will be adjusted later for camber. The lower is usually used to adjust this to keep maximum amount of threads in the arms. There are two plastic caps which snap into the aluminum caps. These are then threaded into the holes and adjusted using a 5mm hex wrench. The axle then goes into the bearings and the pin is inserted into the hole in the axle. The hex hub slips over the axle and rests over the pin which engages the axle to the hub to drive the wheel.
