600 Super Bads 550 V2 stretch build

Well after doing the frame mod to fit the Scorpion HK4025 1100KV motor in my 550 V2
I crashed it on the second pack .
So I decided to do the stretch that the new 550 have less see how this works
Here is the modded frame with the Scorpion motor in it

Got the tail parts in today here is what they look like side buy side

They are only 22.00 lol I picked up the hole Brand new tail section with the boom block and MO8 black gears in it for 60 bucks
Just the boom,TT and control rod would have cost that

I don't think it will work with the 600N that I have. Might check back with you soon to get a measurement from center hole to center hole. Then I will be able to know if I can or not.

Sucks on the crash. Always a good excuse to "fix" things with some upgrades though.

Does it feel any bigger? looks great on the bench, I am sure it looks better in the air though.

Have not had a chance to put it in the air
weather sucked yesterday with the cold front and was to windy today for a test flight

Wind wasn't to bad down here. Don't get me wrong it was windy, just it was flyable. I was pent up in the house with a cold this weekend.

ready to maiden it if the weather will get right
