Soldering Stainless Steel?

Hi guys..
Hey can someone tell me if I can solder to stainless steel?
I'm helping my bro design the feed point on a VHF beam antenna and I need to solder a 4: 1 balun to a folded dipole driven element and the coaxial cable's transmission line connector, together. Whew!....

Let's build another kick tail antenna! LOL!!

You can Silver Solder it, don't believe ordinary solder will work.

Welding or brazing is all I would do in this application.
