You'll likely need to find out the size and specs for that servo if you intend on finding an equivalent ... I did a google search and couldn't find anything other than a reference to someone selling parts back in 2011 on another forum.

Yes, me too. I thought I might stir up something from someone that had an old one laying around in the "I might need that someday box". It's listed in another forum as well. Not holding my breath though.
