FBL Gyro RPM head speeds for 550L Dominator using iKon

I am in the process of setting up my iKon on my trex 550L and not sure what rpm's I should use for the 3 flight modes using the gov. I am using the Castle Talon 90 brushless ESC with Aligns stock 730MX motor. My flying style is sport with no 3d and I am a beginner/intermediate. What should I use for my 3 RPM values?

550's in general run at around 2400. My Goblin 570 is set to 2300,2400,2500
