Phoenix 2.5 Upgradable???

Hi guys,
Being a MAC owner and proud, it is frustrating to have all the heli apps for windows only. BeastX, Castle Creations, Tarot ZYX software and all the great sims.
Well yesterday i finally got Parallels for desktop running on my MAC.
There is a shop near me, you know the kind, a toy shop that has a couple of rc models in it more for show than to sell. But they do have a copy of Phoenix sim 2.5. Its been sitting there for a couple of years, so i think i could get it at a great price. What i want to know is, is it possible to upgrade it straight to V4 for free? Or do i need to pay for it to be upgraded.
Really looking forward to flying with you guys online, if this all works out.

I had seen it on there web page already, but wanted that 100% facts from someone thats done it. Ok i guess i'll be popping down to the shop and bartering for that copy
