Do you have a flight box with a battery and controll panel? If so you just plug it in and turn it on! I have one like this.

With a controll panel like this.

This is what I use. It's also versital cause I use it for everything! Planes, helis, cars&trucks, and my boats! It holds all your tools, chargers, and fuel!

I remember 25 years ago when my dad and i had a nitro plane. We used a washing up liquid bottle and squeezed it into the fuel tank. :D

You should have a one way valve in the line coming from the motor vent. (Not the fuel inlet. On my os motor it's the one coming from the back plate.) you put the one way valve in and fuel inlet goes between it and the tank.

Cool like I said the boxes are great! It's nice to have that extra power there if you need it. Plus if you want you can use the box to powee a glow ignighter too.

Yup I have that also. Off my box i have the starter pup and ignitor which came with this purchase from the guy. I think i have it figured out. I take the line off the carb hook up the one way to that line take the hose off the muffler and have a jar to catch the over fill. Is this correct.

On the 600, I have two shut off clamps. One is to kill fuel from the main tank to the header tank, and the other one is to kill the fuel from the header tank to the carb. There is an Align 3 way filter between the header and the carb, and when I fuel it up, I close the header > Carb clamp and pump it full. If you see fuel coming out your exhaust, you added too much lmao.

So thanks to this post of how to fuel i went to the hobby store for the filter. So i had to ship back two ds615 to the buyer for exchange so i couldnt have this thing finished so i picked up one of the best. IMO for the throttle. If all goes (well) this heli should be done today.
