What are you going to do, torch the wood, sand the grain and leave the black low spots in there? There are so many different ways to do this. Love seeing them done though. But need the right setting to put them in.
Yup, you are right. It looks great if you can get the wood that has a soft enough grain. I think it looks like crap with hard woods like oak and the like, but there are a few out there that it works great on.
