I don't know why the motor would be pulling that many amps. The Align 250 motor is run with an 18 amp ESC. The Align 450 motor has a 35 amp ESC. If you are burning up 30 amp ESC's with a 250 motor, I think it's wasting way too much energy. Have you thought about getting an align ESC/Motor?
