General Lipo Set Up

I have two 6 cell Lipo's with a 5mm bullet connector attached to each one for my Sab 700, am I correct in assuming that I need a 3 way connector harness to join the batteries and esc together. If so can they be purchased of the shelf or do I need to make my own. Also when charging I guess the batteries need to be separated for this process??

It depends on what kind of connectors you have. If they are just straight bullet connectors, then you can just change one of the female plugs to male, and connect the negative of one battery to the positive of the other battery. This would be running in series. But yes, you will need some kind of Y harness. If you are runnign in parallel to keep 6 cells (highly doubt it), then you just solder positive to positive and so on with teh connectors. Hope this makes sense.

Ah, you are using EC5's. I know you are not in the USA, but in the link below, is what you need to connect the two batteries together. Or, you can just use this image to create your own connector.
