With the negative being higher, the swash is too low. do as lee stated and make sure your servos are all 90* from the links, and we mean exactly. You will use the crap otu of the sub trim to do this. Then, set the mid stick value to 0* and check high and low. If the high is bigger, lower the swash plate, if the low is bigger, raise the swash plate. After every time of adjusting the links to get the swash at the correct level, you will have to adjust your blade grips at mid stick to get back to 0* pitch. Then you will check it again. Do it this way, and you will have a perfectly setup head. It takes a while, but is well worth it. Let us know if there is anything else we can do.
Oh, and at this time, don't worry about the swash mix. That is to gain or lower the positive and negative pitch values AFTER you have the links setup.
