450 gyro gain qsetion

OK so today or tomorrow I'm gonna fly my 450. Its been quite awhile anyway when i pop her in the air if i have a wag is it OK to adjust in flight?

It would probably be ok to adjust it in flight.....yes. I think I'd rather do it while its on the ground and not spinning so that I could have my focus on adjusting the gains and then hover/fly again for testing. Just be careful!

thanks derek always there to help. I will be careful. if its a bad wag it may just be better to do it then ( in the air) instead of trying to land and end up in a crash. but i think for the most part the heli is dialed in.

If you are not comfortable hovering, then land it.
If you have your gyro switch set up with two or three different settings, then you can flick between them.
If you think the ideal setting is for example 65%, then set one lower at about 60% and start with that.
Then you can flick to the higher one if things look good.
