... and the old guys too! I'm using on my 500, RJX 430mm blade on it. If the tail blades "82mm" wont hit, I was wondering if their any problem with me trying out the RJX 470mm blades on the 500 instead?

I dont have a 500 anymore but I'm sure that you couldn't safely use 470mm blades without doing a stretch. To find out the max safe blade length rotate the read until the main blade and tail blade grips are at their closest possible position (likely to need several rotations to find that point). Now measure between the middle of the main blade grip bolt and the tail blade grip bolt. The dimension you have just measured is the maximum combined (main and tail) blade length for your heli.
