hello i'm trying to figure out if i need a 12v stepup/12v stepdown with this board i have the Oso Grande PDB NOW i'm using a 12v Lumenier CS-600 Super - 600TVL D-WDR Camera. '12v FPV582-F Plug and Play 5.8 GHz 200mW Wireless System - ' 11.1v lumeneir Lipo Battery? any Help will be well appreciated .

If both the camera and the VTX specify 12v you should be fine on a 3s lipo without any sort of reduction.
