Foreign Shipments To Us

Hello, friends, was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this message when I track a package USPS.
"Your item has been processed through our facility in FOREIGN CENTER JERSEY CITY NJ 099 at 9:32 am on March 7, 2019."
Does this mean it was sent back to the shipper? Strange because it said "Monday" for delivery last week. Thanks for any input, T

Hey Fran. If I'm correct, it's clearing customs from where ever your package is coming from to the U.S. Depending on customs, you won't really know when they will release your package to ship to Virginia. Pretty much it's a waiting game with all the crap is going on.

You won't because they have no idea when customs will release the package. Once custom release the package then the post office will have information for you and not til then.

Yup, this is a customs deal. They are sniffing it out to make sure you are not trying to smuggle the talaban into the US in a small box....
