Since im new to FBL I have a ?. When I give the input on the right stick (im mode 2) the servos go right where I want them now when I release the stick the servos will go back normally then when they get close to neutral or when they are leveling the swash plat they slow way down to get back to level. is this normal for FBL?

Yes, that is completely normal. You gave the helicopter an input to roll or pitch a number of degrees, but the helicopter didn't move, so it's going to hold that position for a second before it returns back to level swash. This is why you should never touch teh cyclic stick (right stick on Mode 2) when you are taking off. The skids are on teh ground and will start fighting with the gyro thus causing the helicopter to violently tip and cause a blade strike. Hope this helps.
