Just wondering if anyone here has had much to do with firbreglass planes?
I've got two options for something I want to build, and i can go the balsa and balsa skin way, or I can attempt to build a plug and glass it.
Just wondering if anyone has tried to build a fibreglass plane, and what obstacles did you have along the way?
I have used carbon fibre to make mountain bike parts, and I've made a few tubes and stuff from glass, but not really tried to make anything like this that flies.
My biggest concern is creating the plug. Is there an easy way to create said plug?
