FBL Gyro DX9 Gyro Menu

Can anyone explain how the rudder stick relates to the 3 gain values in the attached DX9 menu photo? Is it related to rudder stick position. Thanks.

You definitely don`t want the gyro gains operating from the rudder stick. Go down to the switch selection and change the switch from rudder stick to gyro, and leave the channel set on Gear.

I don`t know why they put it in their newer transmitters. It`s not an option on my old DX8

Kind of an obscure purpose but there is one: From the manufacturer: "The purpose of the Rudder Stick function would really only be appealing to full competitive 3D pilots. It would give them the ability to get different reactions out of the tail for certain 3D maneuvers. "
