How do you bind the DX6i with WS1000?

Create a new model on your DX6i for the dongle. Plug the dongle into your computer first so that it can install the drivers for it (should be plug and play on most computers). Once the drivers are installed, unplug the dongle. Now, push and hold the button on the end of the dongle and insert it into the computer. You should now have a rapid flashing orange light. Turn your Tx on holding the bind button (make sure you are on the correct model first) and bind as usual. You may need to hold the Tx 3+ feet from the dongle while binding. Hope this helps.
