Hey everyone. I have received a number of emails, PM's and comments on the DX18 after updating the firmware. It seems that if you update the firmware to the latest version, it will go to the raw input test menu, and they can't back out of it. Taking out the battery doesn't help either.
At this time, I'm suggesting that ALL members that have the DX18 and want to update the firmware, call Horizon FIRST before you do it and ask them about this issue. If they say go for it, get their rep ID and their name as proof that you got their permission to do it.
Just for clarification, I do NOT own the DX18. This is just information that I have come across with members asking me what to do with a bricked Tx.
