D/R&Expo setting for a new be

i have the dx6i
i go to d/r&expo menu
i see
alie 0 100% INH
elev 0 100% inh
rudd 0 100% inh

i watched the video but just cant see where my setting need to start at for a new learner to 6ch
any help would be great thanks

If you notice, when you flip your switches the 0 will change to a 1. This os how you set two different settings. But for now, set your dual rate to 70 and your expo to +35. Of you need more help, I will try to remember to post when I get home and on my computer.
