Projects Control throws

What would you suggest as the best control throws setup for the trainer? I am a novice pilot so setting for gentle flight.

I would set dual rates on it. set one for 100% which will give you 45º throws. Then dial down the other side of the dual rate to 65%. This should get you right where you need to be.
