There are many cameras out there now to compete with go pro. Fixing it to the hat is a gret way to film your aircraft. I have my Ipod touch mounted to my hat
I mount my phone to a block of wood and them put that in the back strap (the one for sizing the hat.). My phone does a better job than the wife's camera. My old camera has bit the dust so to speak.

I know about the wife sewing things up mine has her own embroidery business, out in the garage!
