It is a little 1:18 pro-pulse b100 buggy I bought from radio shack in like 2008 or 09. It ran fast and strong for a few years but life happened and it got put away until about 5 years ago. Charged the battery and it ran for less than a minute then it stopped and just stuttered and twitched so I put it up again. Until now.. I've now put a new esc, new receiver and a new motor in but it still doesn't move and the steering servo still just and twitches back and forth. The battery read 9v after charging. If I unplug the motor from the esc, the steering works and with a multimeter connected to the esc motor leads it gets power if I pull the throttle. Could and old nimh battery cause this sort of behavior? I'm at a loss...
