450 Boom slide

Anyone know a simple way to stop the boom sliding back after every flight. I was hoping to do something without removing the boom.
Any ideas most gratefully received. Thanks

no you would need to remove the boom for most fixes

Thanks Kev you've cheered me up lol. This boom been on and off more times than times than Bazil Brush says Boom! Boom!.

I would remove the boom and boom blocks and just sand a bit of the mating face of the boom blocks this will allow you to clamp a bit more, or add a layer of scotch tape around the boom that goes into the clamp blocks,

put a servo mount on the boom and use it as a stop block for the boom, adj the tension of the belt then slide the servo clamp up to the boom block and secure it off, that should stop the sliding

Some tape on the boom end so the block can clamp it better.
