Micro Blade 130x

My son just bought a new blade 130x and it has a very bad tail shake all the time , it is not the vibe that is there on spool up, he has tried all the mods online but still there, he has tried tape on blades , new bearings new blades, grommets on all the links. Any suggestions that he can do... Thanks

Has he lowered the tail gyro gain inside the board itself?
