As i was in a field with tall grass today, I thought i'd give autos a go on my Warp.
Bearing in mind it doesn't have a driven tail, i was worried how this would affect the heli.
The long grass was a double edged sword. It protected the heli from damage due to a bad auto, (which didn't happen)
What did happen was, the grass caught the blades bent them back, and one hit the boom putting a nice dent in it DOH!!!!!
Still flies, but i will order a replacement.
As for the autos, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy they were. The head speed didn't die off as quickly as i expected from such a small bird.
I managed to land two very well, and the other tipped over due to the long grass.
Next time I won't both with long grass, and off course take video
