Thought if someone was interested, I'd post what's onboard the Ares Nanos FP75 heli.

The stabilization is achieved through the InvenSense MPU6050 6-axis gyro. The heli talks to the Tx, and vice versa, by a Beken BK2423 2.4Ghz GFSK Transciever. All this is controlled by a Cortex M0516ZDN MCU.
I don't know what is on the motor board as it's glued to the frame. The heli uses linear servos and a brushed coreless main motor and tail motor of the same type.
