450 Align 450 V3 Torque Tube Front Drive Gear Set H45G003XX

I was looking for some front TT gears and I saw this version 3. Does this require a new gear box? The bearing is in the middle not at the end. I have not seen a V3 gear box.

Yup, it will need a new mount from what I'm reading. Here is a link to one.

Thanks, I wonder what the advantage is? On all the crashes I had I have not replace a box. I already have two other spare boxes so unless someone need a gear box or getting the V2 gears become difficult I don't see myself upgrading.
