Assuming you have already setup 10º of collective (positive and negative) and adjusted your cyclic to achieve a blue light, below are what I suggest for a beginner.
DR / Expo
70% / +35%
Normal throttle curve
0 70 70 70 70
IU1 throttle curve
85 85 85 85 85
Normal Pitch curve
46 48 50 75 100
IU1 Pitch curve
0 25 50 75 100 (linear)
Gyro
Start with about 65 (if your scale only goes from 0 to 100) or 45 (if your scale goes from -100 to +100)
Swash Type
1 servo 90 (just in case you have not set it up at all yet)
You will use your swashplate menu to adjust cyclic and collective max pitch.
Leave all endpoint settings alone. It will mess up the gyro.
