450 450 FBL 3gx suden roll movemnt on takeoff

Hello, I converted a TREX450v2 Flybar to FBL using 3gx v3.0. The setup is all ok, neutrals, pitch, gyro, counter movemnts (right goes left etc.), however three times on diferrent occations dufring acceleration of takeoff the heli make a sharp sudden roll to de side and blades crash agains the floor.

I've been flying nitro flybar helis for a long time and kind of know hat I'm doing, but this 3gx is driving me nuts. This roll is being done with only throttle stick, no other control is bneing touch.

Any thoughts?

have you setup your pot callibration using the 3GX app on the PC? No Vibes at all?
