General 3GX Setup and JR satellite Rx' s

Hi Folks,

I am busy setting up my 3GX on my Trex 500, using JR Tx on DMSS modulation. Can I simply use 2satellites plugged into the 3GX and no Rx ? If so can I use any DMSS satellite, or is there a specific one ? I would appreciate your input. Thanks

You can use 2dmss sattelites with 3gx and no seperate rx yes.

My 3GX port has 3 pins and the satellite Rx's have 4' so won't fit. Are there specific JR satellites that must be used ?

Wow . How could I miss that. So sorry.. There are 4pins for bidirectional talking. And dsmx and dsm2 don't. Sorry about that. I was wrong . You'll need a seperate rx.

On a 500, one rx and one satellite will do just fine. Not straight on the 3gx

I think the new align gyro they are testing will word with DMSS, but the 3GX will not. Thanks for catching that gaba!
