Well, my Spektrum NX6 arrived 9:46pm tonight. A little late for delivery, but I'll take it anyway. After opening the box right a way, I notice the better quality compared to the NX7e was a lot better, but not better quality then my DX6. They just don't make things like they use too. I hope I get at least half the time it last, compare to my DX6 which lasted 10yrs. Time will tell.

I think you'll be fine, I had an NX10 and really liked it. Programming is very similar to the DX radios too. But the NX can do alot more with internal storage and the color screen is awesome. Should last just as long as the DX IMO
